H Tones & Sons Ltd, Hartlepool (2025)

I got a phone call at 1,30 Sunday afternoon I was in TKMax Harrogate we did the deal and I was driving my new car home by 4pm

Purchased my second car with H Tones, really highly recommend. Had a slight issue a couple of weeks later and dealt with it the same day. Will always buy from them as so much choice at cost affective prices.

Bought a faulty car what broke down after a week supposedly fixed by the dealership but broke down again five months later and I've been told complete fuel system needed or preferably a new engine . Car is sitting on my drive sorn . I have won a small claim against the dealership and there's a ongoing ombudsman investigation .

I recently bought a vehicle from James at Tones Garage in Hartlepool. He was so helpful and made the purchase very easy and straight forward. A couple of weeks into the purchase the car developed an issue and as soon as I reported it to James he was straight on it to sort it out for me. James involved Jonathan and everything was concluded very satisfactorily. I would recommend this garage as I beleive the most important thing for them is that the customer goes away happy and satisfied.

Tones has blocked me on Facebook and blocked my number. He sold me a faulty AUDI A1. It’s been in the garage with Audi had 3 recalls and broke down 5 times in the space of 5 month. It has a faulty fuel pump that they fitted and has many of other problems including the ace inspectors stating ‘the car was faulty since purchase’ and that the dealer is liable for all repairs and costs. ACE reports have been out and the car is stuck in AUDI because it’s not drivable. I haven’t had any contact from Mr tones and he is the most disrespectful man in Hartlepool. He spoke to my 50 year old dad with no respect and made me cry in the courtyard. He’s absolutely awful wouldn’t recommend him to absolutely anyone. He sells faulty cars

I had a terrible experience with H Tones in Hartlepool. The car I purchased through them hadn't been given a proper MOT. Wouldn't recommend.
